About the Role
The successful candidate will play an important role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for customers while supporting daily store operations. This includes assisting customers, managing stock, handling transactions, and maintaining the high standards associated with the Spitz brand.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
- Deliver excellent customer service and product advice.
- Assist customers with purchases and styling recommendations.
- Build positive customer relationships and enhance the shopping experience.
Cash Handling & Administration
- Process transactions accurately.
- Maintain cash control procedures and banking processes.
- Ensure accuracy when handling manual transactions.
Stock Management
- Manage stock receiving and replenishment.
- Assist with customer orders and stock control.
- Conduct stock counts and maintain organized storerooms.
- Support visual merchandising and product presentation standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
- 6 months to 1 year of retail experience.
- Passion for fashion, footwear, and customer engagement.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
