Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- At least 3 years of cashier or till operations experience
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Customer service experience
- Willingness to work retail hours
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer service at the point of sale
- Handle cash, card, voucher, and loyalty card transactions
- Assist with customer queries, exchanges, and returns
- Maintain cash security and comply with company procedures
- Monitor and report suspicious activities when necessary
- Support store promotions and ensure smooth checkout operations
- Follow company policies, security procedures, and service standards
