About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you will help customers find the right pre-owned vehicles while delivering exceptional service throughout the buying journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, conducting vehicle demonstrations, negotiating sales, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert sales leads into successful deals
- Assist customers in selecting suitable used vehicles
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Negotiate pricing and sales agreements
- Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records
- Stay informed about vehicle features, market trends, and industry developments
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Minimum Requirements
- Previous sales experience (automotive industry experience is advantageous)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Matric (Grade 12); tertiary qualification will be an advantage
