Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant/take-away.
- Ensure food quality standards and company procedures are consistently maintained.
- Oversee stock control, purchasing, and ordering processes.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Drive sales growth and achieve profitability targets.
- Manage employee schedules, performance, and workplace discipline.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Conduct daily opening and closing procedures.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Lead staff training and development initiatives.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
- Assist with recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in restaurant or fast-food management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with stock management and operational controls.
- Knowledge of GAAP systems will be an added advantage.
