Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and retailers via telephone and written communication.
- Provide first-line support and product guidance.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Monitor and manage customer interactions using internal systems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction targets and service KPIs are achieved.
- Follow up on outstanding customer requests and service calls.
- Handle service-related enquiries received from retail stores and online channels.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- At least 1 year of Call Centre experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to speak and communicate fluently in English.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
