Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair faults on agricultural machinery and equipment.
- Perform maintenance, servicing, dismantling, fitting, and assembly of components.
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and warranty-related repairs.
- Support and mentor apprentices while maintaining workshop records.
- Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Utilize modern tools and technology to improve service delivery and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Diesel or Tractor Mechanic with a valid Red Seal Certificate.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Tractor Mechanic.
- Experience working on New Holland agricultural equipment.
- Knowledge of Braud harvesters will be an added advantage.
